The third season of the highly anticipated Intellion Futsal League (IFL) held at TATA Realty’s Intellion Offices witnessed tremendous success and excitement. From February 14th to February 16th, corporate teams from various IT/ITeS organizations gathered at Ramanujan Intellion Park in Chennai to showcase their skills and unity in this thrilling sporting event.
The tournament concluded with Amazon emerging as the winner and TCS as the runners-up. The outstanding performance and sportsmanship displayed by these teams were celebrated by all. It is worth mentioning that a total of 54 corporate teams, including renowned organizations like Astrazeneka and Philips, participated in the league in Chennai alone. This demonstrates the widespread enthusiasm and engagement among professionals for the IFL.
Notably, the number of participating teams has seen an impressive 40% increase from the previous year. In 2023, there were 50 teams, while in 2024, the number rose to 70 teams across Chennai and Gurugram. This growth highlights the increasing popularity and success of the tournament.
The IFL 3.0 places employee centricity at its core, with a strong belief in equitable access to health and well-being benefits for over 45,000 estimated total number of clients. The league aims to create a sense of unity and camaraderie among corporate professionals while promoting physical activity and mental well-being.
The league’s inauguration ceremony was graced by players from the Chennaiyin FC ISL team, including notable footballers Ryan Edwards, Ninthoinganba Meetei, and Romario Jesuraj. The presence of these renowned athletes added to the excitement surrounding the event.
In a unique twist, team captains and members participated in the Sustainability Oath ceremony. This emphasized the league’s commitment to environmental stewardship and corporate social responsibility. The use of coconut shells for medals further highlighted the focus on sustainability.
The event also featured two exhilarating exhibition matches. The first match showcased a thrilling showdown between Chennaiyin FC and Amazon, showcasing the competitive spirit and skill of both teams. The younger generation also had their moment in the spotlight with the Chennai Kaalpandhu League (CKL) Kids Exhibition Match, fostering a love for the sport among budding athletes.

Třetí sezóna dlouho očekávané Intellion Futsal League (IFL) konaná v kancelářích společnosti TATA Realty v Intellion Office přinesla obrovský úspěch a vzrušení. Ve dnech 14. až 16. února se firemní týmy z různých IT/ITeS organizací sešly v Ramanujan Intellion Parku v Chennaji, aby předvedly své dovednosti a jednotu v tomto vzrušujícím sportovním události.
Turnaj zakončil vítězstvím tým Amazonu a na druhém místě se umístil TCS. Vynikající výkony a sportovní duch předvedený těmito týmy byly oslaveny všemi. Stojí za zmínku, že celkem 54 firemních týmů, včetně renomovaných organizací, jako jsou Astrazeneka a Philips, se zúčastnilo soutěže pouze v Chennaji. To ukazuje rozsáhlý zájem a angažovanost profesionálů o IFL.
Je zajímavé, že počet účastnických týmů se oproti předchozímu roku zvýšil o úctyhodných 40 %. V roce 2023 bylo 50 týmů, zatímco v roce 2024 se jejich počet zvýšil na 70 v Chennaji a Gurugramu. Tento růst zdůrazňuje rostoucí popularitu a úspěch turnaje.
IFL 3.0 klade do středu zaměstnance a silně věří v rovný přístup k výhodám v oblasti zdraví a blahobytu pro více než odhadovaný celkový počet 45 000 klientů. Liga si klade za cíl vytvořit pocit jednoty a kamarádství mezi firemními profesionály a zároveň podporovat fyzickou aktivitu a duševní blahobyt.
Slavnostní zahajovací ceremonie ligy se zúčastnili hráči týmu Chennaiyin FC ISL, včetně známých fotbalistů Ryana Edwardse, Ninthoinganba Meeteiho a Romaria Jesuraje. Přítomnost těchto známých sportovců přidala vzrušení kolem události.
V unikátním zvratu se kapitáni týmů a jejich členové zúčastnili ceremoniálu Vzdržování udržitelnosti. Tím se upozornilo na příklonnost ligy k environmentálnímu závazku a společenské odpovědnosti. Použití kokosových skořápek pro medaile dále zdůraznilo zaměření na udržitelnost.
Na akci se také uskutečnily dvě vzrušující exhibiční zápasy. První zápas předvedl napínavou konfrontaci mezi Chennaiyin FC a Amazonem, předvádějící soutěživý duch a dovednosti obou týmů. Mladší generace také měla svůj okamžik ve světle reflektorů s utkáním pro děti Chennai Kaalpandhu League (CKL), které podporuje lásku ke sportu mezi začínajícími sportovci.
Přehlídku úspěchu Intellion Futsal League ocenil Deepak Porayath, výkonný viceprezident a ředitel obchodu společnosti Tata Realty & Infrastructure Ltd.
